Yes, the Jesuits are connected to freemasonry. Adam Weishaupt, the man who created the Illuminati was a Jesuit Priest. The Jesuit Order used Weishaupt during 1776 to create the illuminati as a front organization to infiltrate governments, this is because during this time the Jesuit order had been abolished in the majority of countries for trying to overthrow protestant governments.
